Micro-needling is a cosmetic procedure. This involves pricking the skin with tiny sterilized needles from my dermapen. The small wounds cause your body to make more collagen and elastin, which after a few days of healing comes through a plump and healthy glow complexion. You might also hear it called collagen induction therapy. Your skin is rejuvenated by micro-needling with hyaluronic acid serum into the dermis layer of skin. The difference between the 'Ultimate Glow facial' and the 'Glow Facial' is the following: Painless Enzyme peel to lift dead skin cells, micro-needled with MyFiller® Pure serum, plus the addition of 15 mins of light therapy! Procedure can be a little uncomfortable but tolerable, numbing cream can be applied if required. further 'add ons' to this treatment are 15 minutes with the light therapy mask (£10), and/or dermaplaning which is removal of peach fuzz facial hair and dead skin cells (£20).
